    Step 1<\/h5>\n

    In a medium pot saut\u00e9\u00a0diced\u00a0onion in\u00a0butter or\u00a0oil over medium heat\u00a0until golden.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Remove from heat.\u00a0 Tip: adding paprika to hot oil can turn it bitter.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Return to heat, add the chicken and sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Stir for a few minutes until chicken is coated.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Add chicken broth (or water)\u00a0and\u00a0pepper strips,\u00a0cover, and simmer on low heat for\u00a035 –\u00a045 minutes\u00a0or\u00a0until chicken is tender<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    If liquid is reduced pour in some extra broth so the level of the liquid almost covers the chicken.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Mix in the flour and sour cream and simmer 2- 3 minutes before serving.<\/span><\/p>\n
