    Step 1<\/h5>\n

    Chop parsley.<\/p>\n

    Peel potatoes and cut them into large pieces. Cook the potatoes until they are tender.<\/p>\n

    Meanwhile, dice the bacon and fry on a dry pan until they are crisp. Remove the bacon and set aside.<\/p>\n

    Slice the onions and use the bacon oil to fry them until golden.<\/p>\n

    Add the bacon back to the pan. Add butter. Melt slowly.<\/p>\n

    Drain potatoes but do not allow them to cool. Add milk, half the butter and mash the potatoes (not too fine).\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

    Add salt and pepper.<\/p>\n

    Arrange potatoes on a plate or bowl. Make a hole in the middle of mash for the melted butter.\u00a0<\/p>\n

    Add the bacon dices and sliced onions on top of the mash.<\/p>\n

    Sprinkle with parsley and enjoy!<\/p>\n
