This is an authentic and very popular sweat dish of North India and specially of Haryana and Rajasthan area. This is made especially on Makar Sakranti festival.<\/span><\/p>\n Bajra Roti<\/strong>\u00a0is a traditional Indian flatbread made with\u00a0<\/span>bajra\u00a0or black pearl millet flour making it extremely nutritious.\u00a0Malida<\/strong>\u00a0is a traditional sweet confection made out of leftover parathas or rotis by crumbling and pounding them coarsely and stir frying them with ghee, sugar, dry fruits and nuts.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n This is a real image of my final product.
