Bright Summer Sangria

Whether you’re poolside, picnicking, or porch-rocking, this Sangria is pitcher-perfect. Refreshing and delicious. Served this at several wedding and baby showers! I recommend not using frozen fruit as it breaks down too much.

Bright Summer Sangria

Ingredients

  • 64 oz. dry white wine
  • 10 oz. white coconut rum
  • 10 oz. peach schnapps
  • 10 oz. lemon juice
  • 2 liters of white soda
  • Fresh peaches and pineapple – roughly 3 cups – diced
  • Fresh mint

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Refrigerate all ingredients overnight.

Step 2

Day of serving – add all ingredients to punch bowl – add white soda.

Step 3

Serve over ice with a mint garnish.
