I love making banana pancakes because it’s easy, the children love it, it’s relatively healthy and it’s often the perfect way to use overripe bananas in a useful way.

Banana Pancakes

Ingredients

1 ripe banana

2 eggs
-
oil/butter
Tools: Fork and pancake pan.
Tip: Don’t make the pancakes too big. They easily fall to pieces.
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Mash the ripe banana with the fork, and add the 2 eggs to the mixture.
Step 2
Heat the pan (hot) with oil or butter, and fry the mixture in batches.
