Chicken Crock Tacos

By: Alexander Jolliff

Ingredients

Chicken for crock pot

  • 3 chicken breast, it can be either fresh or frozen

  • 1  16 fl oz of ranch dressing

  • 1 block of cream cheese

  • Dash of salt and pepper, to lightly cover over the ranch dressing

Taco ingredients – all store bought, your choice

6” soft tacos

Guacamole

Salsa

Corn salsa

Sour cream

Shredded lettuce

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

I use a 6 QT crock pot with an easy clean liner. I then placed my frozen chicken breasts on the bottoms to cover it completely.

I then dumped the whole bottle of the ranch dressing on top of the chicken, till it is completely covered.

Add a dash of salt and light covering of pepper.

Add the block of cream cheese right on top.

Set the crock pot on low and let it cook for about 6-8 hours. I let mine cook for 8.

Shredded it up and enjoy however you like it.

Step 2

Prepare the soft tacos – on one half of the tortilla, spread sour cream on the other half guacamole. I add the salsa and corn salsa, cheese, lettuce and chicken on top and enjoy it like a soft taco.
