Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients
- 500 grams chicken breast
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 Tbsp. ginger garlic paste
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- ½ tsp. pepper
- ½ tsp. paprika
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil for frying
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- Bread crumbs
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Take 4 bread slices and remove the edge; and cut in to pieces and then grind it like powder.
Step 2
Take chicken breast 500g and add it in to the grind with bread powder.
Add ginger, garlic, soy sauce, pepper, paprika powder, and salt.
Mix everything and grind it not too much smooth.
Step 3
Place the above mixture in bowl and add 1.5 Tbsp. oil. Knead well until smooth.
Form into a chapati shape and cut in to rectangle shape pieces.
Step 4
Keep the pieces on plate and prepare other mixture.
Take 1 medium egg in small bowl, add pinch of salt, white pepper, and milk. Mix well.
Step 5
Next, take the pieces from plate and put in the egg mixture and again take it and put it in bread crumbs and then fry it in oil.
Step 6
Serve them with sauce.
