Chicken Tetrazzini

Ingredients
- 2-4 chicken breasts (depends on size)
- 1 small can diced pimento
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. package of spaghetti
- 1 cup Italian style bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated sharp cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 Tbsp. chicken base
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper butter
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Cook spaghetti noodles in water with 1 Tbsp. of chicken soup base. If time permits, let stand until noodles soak up most of the water (1-2 hrs).
Step 2
Boil chicken breasts until fully cooked. Remove from water. Shred chicken. Combine shredded chicken, pimento, soups, milk, salt, and pepper.

Place a layer of the chicken mixture on the bottom of a 9 x 13 glass baking dish – then place a layer of spaghetti noodles – repeat and end with a layer of chicken mixture on top – top with cheese and bread crumbs – dot with butter.
Step 4
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
