Curd Poha with Papaya
This is a light, healthy, and a nutritious breakfast of India. I prepare it at my home at least once a week and have shared a real image of the final result.

Curd Poha with Papaya

Ingredients
- 100 g Poha
- 200 mg fresh Curd
- 200 g peeled and sliced Papaya
- 1 Tbsp. mustard oil
- Mustard Seeds
- Fresh Curry Leaves
- Large Onion, chopped
- Green Chili
- Large potato, chopped
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Take 100 gms Poha and soak with water for 1 minute.
To cook Poha take 1 tablespoon mustard oil and allow to heat. Put some mustard seeds to crank and then add fresh curry leave (sweet neem).
Step 2
Add one large, chopped onion and one green chili. Once they are slightly brown, add one large, chopped potato and allow to cook in moisture. Do not pour out any water.
Step 3
Once the potato is cooked, add the soaked Poha. Allow to cook for 4 minutes more.
Step 4
Serve Poha with the fresh curd and sliced papaya for a light, healthy and nutritious breakfast.
