Dishpan Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 2 cups vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. baking soda
  • 1.5 cups oats
  • 4 cups corn flake cereal, crushed

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Cream sugar, oil, vanilla and eggs. 

Mix flour, salt, and baking soda.

Add cereal and oats to mixture.

Drop 2″ apart on an ungreased baking sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees for 9 minutes until golden brown.
