Inexplicable Good Bean Salsa

Ingredients
- 1 can (15 ounce) black beans, lightly rinsed and drained
- 1 can (15 ounce) red beans, lightly rinsed and drained
- 1 can (15 ounce) white hominy, lightly rinsed and drained
- 1 can (10 ounce) canned green chili tomato sauce
- 1 small red onion, finely diced
- 1 red or yellow bell pepper, finely diced
- 1 bunch of cilantro minced
- 2 to 4 jalapeño peppers finely diced (depends on how spicy)
- 1 small bottle (8 ounce) zesty Italian dressing
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl.
Marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours for all the flavors to meld and get happy.
Tastes great with corn chips for dipping. Feel free to use other types of beans or bell peppers.
