Margarita Pie

Ingredients
- ½ c. margarine or butter, melted
- 1-1/4 cup finely crushed pretzels
- ¼ cup sugar
- 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup lime juice from concentrate
- 2-4 Tbsp. tequila
- 2 Tbsp. triple sec
- 1 cup (1/2 pint) whipping cream, whipped
- 9 in. pie plate, buttered
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
In a small sauce pan, melt butter or margarine, stir in pretzel crumbs and sugar. Mix well. Press crumbs on the bottom and up the sides of a buttered 9 in. pie plate.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, tequila, triple sec and mix well.
Step 3
Whip up the whipping cream and fold into the large bowl.
Step 4
Pour into prepared crust.
Step 5
Freeze or chill until firm. 4 hours in the freezer or 2 hours in the refrigerator. I put mine in the freezer!
