Stuffed Pepper Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 28 ounces canned diced tomatoes (put through the blender to puree)
  • 28 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1 1/4 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups chopped green pepper
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar (not packed)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Brown ground beef with the onions and peppers. Drain fat.

Add remaining ingredients.

Cook 30-40 minutes.
