Summer Sunshine Cake

Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake box mix
- 1 large can of mandarin oranges drained
- 1 large can of crushed pineapple drained
- 1 small can of sliced pineapple drained
- 1 container whipped topping

1 whipping cream stiffener (found in bakery section)
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Make cake according to directions on box. Allow to fully cool.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, add whipped topping and contents of one package of the whipping cream stiffener and beat till peaks form.
Step 3
Frost first layer of cake with whipped cream, layer on top with crushed pineapple.
Add second layer and frost full cake with remaining whipped cream.
Decorate with sliced pineapple and mandarin oranges in a sunburst pattern.
Refrigerate till needed.
Optional: You can also brush cake after coming out of oven with your favorite orange liqueur to keep cake moist and tasty.
