Taco Soup

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 can Mexicorn (do not drain)
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) Mexican stewed tomatoes
- 1 can diced tomatoes w/lime juice
- 1 can petite diced tomatoes
- 1 can light kidney beans (do not drain)
- 1 can dark kidney beans
- 1 pkg. dry taco seasoning mix
- 1 pkg. dry ranch dressing mix
- Tomato juice
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Brown ground beef and onions in large soup pot and drain grease.
Add all remaining ingredients – Add tomato juice (and water) if needed to make soupier.
Serve with tortilla chips, Mexican blend shredded cheese and a side dish of sour cream.
